Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CrewFit+ mobile application ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms.

Subscriptions and Purchases

CrewFit+ offers the following purchase options through the Apple App Store. All prices are in U.S. dollars; your local currency and price are shown to you on the purchase screen and may vary by region.

CrewFit+ (full app access)

• Monthly subscription — $9.99 USD per month, auto-renewing. Includes a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Annual subscription — $99 USD per year, auto-renewing. Includes a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Lifetime access — a one-time purchase of $499 USD that does not auto-renew. No free trial.

A CrewFit+ subscription or Lifetime purchase unlocks the full app, including CrewRun and CrewNutrition features at no additional charge.

CrewRun (run features only)

• CrewRun Monthly — $1.99 USD per month, auto-renewing. Includes a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.

CrewRun unlocks GPS run tracking, recommended hotel-area run routes, and run history. It does not include CrewNutrition features. If you also subscribe to CrewFit+, CrewRun is included and a separate CrewRun subscription is unnecessary.

CrewNutrition (nutrition features only)

• CrewNutrition Monthly — $6.99 USD per month, auto-renewing. Includes a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.

CrewNutrition unlocks meal logging, macro and calorie tracking, water tracking, weigh-ins, and nutrition guides. It does not include CrewRun features. If you also subscribe to CrewFit+, CrewNutrition is included and a separate CrewNutrition subscription is unnecessary.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions (Apple Required Disclosures)

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or, for subscriptions that include a free trial, at the end of the trial period).
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen subscription.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your iOS device's Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
• If a subscription includes a free trial, the trial begins immediately upon purchase confirmation. You will not be charged for the trial period if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription with a free trial that overlaps it.
• If you hold more than one entitlement that grants the same feature (for example, an active CrewFit+ subscription that already includes CrewRun, alongside a separate CrewRun subscription), Apple will continue to bill each subscription independently. To avoid duplicate charges, cancel the subscription you no longer need in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime access is a non-consumable, non-renewing one-time purchase. It grants ongoing access to features included in CrewFit+ at the time of purchase for as long as the app remains operational and supported by us. Lifetime access does not guarantee future features or features released as separate paid products.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Submit content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Use the app to harass other users or to scrape or redistribute our content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit a run route, equipment update, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the app and to other users. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

CrewFit+ provides general fitness content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any new exercise program. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any exercise is safe and appropriate for you. We are not responsible for injuries sustained during workouts performed using the app.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by CrewFit+, including workout templates, branding, and copy, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Hotel photos shown in the app are sourced from third-party providers under their respective licenses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CrewFit+ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
